      About Building Harmony

My name is Russell Williams and I’m an ACES-certified mould-testing technician and building biologist. ACES is the Australian College of Environmental Studies and is a nationally-accredited training service provider.

I’m qualified to conduct a health assessment on your homes and workplaces because in addition to my experience, I’ve also completed a recognised course in mould testing (BLDBIO605 Conduct a Mould Assessment) and an Advanced Diploma of Building Biology at ACES.

The range of my testing and investigation includes an indoor air quality assessment, a water source assessment, an allergen assessment, a mould inspection, and an electromagnetic field assessment.

Following the submission of my reports, I provide you with recommendations on how you can make your space healthier and more enriching.
